Insulation : It's environmentally friendly free of asbestos and CFC guarantees the best possible insulation values and hence, the lowest possible operating costs.
Work Space Conditioning : Air Circulation within the chamber is Laminar Airflow provided with Suitable capacity of fan motor and impeller for uniform distribution of temperature and humidity to maintain within specified limits.
Construction of Oven : Oven Made of walled type with suitable SS 304 angle and channel frame work with finned copper tube water jacket (compartmenta design) in-between insulated from outside
Water jacket : Construction material: 10 SWF AISI SS 304 Sheet, Finned copper tube water jacket in Compartmental Design will be provided on sides to operate on hot /cold pressure, complete with inlet/outlet connections with standard fitting like pressure guage, drain volve, air lock releasing arrangement etc. Necessary temperature probes will be provided within the chamber and the jacket to sense the inside chamber temperature and jacket water temperature respectively. equidistant port holes on the left side, right side and on back side of the oven provided to insert the temperature probes with suitable cord in the chamber with proper silicone seal. The entire construction of high quality and as per good engineering practice to facilitate easy maintenance.
Heating System : Heating System designed into two sections circuits of flange type fitting fitted to tank with suitably capacity to meet temperature requirement. Heater are cartridge type (Coil heating elements if refractory formers). Each heater can be started stop individually from control panel. Temperature of water in the storage tank shall have independent RTD's for temperature display. Necessary connections with valve Serrated with nozzles.
Pump : Material of construction SS 316. the pump has continuous running type with all wetted parts of SS. The pump has by pass arrangement to the tank with SS Valves. One stand by water circulation pump wit harrangement for emmediate change over is provided in case of breakdown of existing pump to avoid failures. the above system shall ensure a continuous and smooth.
Door & Gasket : Robust type hinges fitted on the right hand side of the chamber with front opening single door. Leak proof double lined silicon gasket will be provided.
Ports Holes : Even in the standard version of the equipment all sizes are equipped with two standard ports. These are located on the left or on the right side of the test chamber and can be used for inserting measurement and control cables, other supply connections or additional equipment.
Viewing Window : The multi pane window will consist 4 toughened clear glasses sealed with silicone and separated by spacers to form a completely vaccumised window.
Controller System : PID / HMI with PLC based color display Touch screen TFT provided with program logic controller.  No. of programs & profile segments with ramp & soak duration provided for cyclic operation. The controller is able to communicate with many different types of hardware using high speed RS 232/485 communications ports and Ethernet / USB communications for fast downloads. Remote monitoring and operation. Internet explorer based comm. On board comms ports. Set value & process value with graphical display on main screen. Graphical trend and operating parameters of auto tune & calibration. PC communication facility for operating the chamber through PC & data logging option provided with log interval. The latest version software (user friendly) provided with controls & instruments. Fault indication.
Sensors : PT 100
Safety : Moreover, the test chamber is equipped with an adjustable safety cut – out against high and low temperatures. Low water level cut – off with alarm issued visually as well as acoustically. In addition, a potential – free contact is available. Every electrical functional circuit is equipped its own safety facility which shuts down the functional circuit affected or the entire test chamber in case of a malfunction.
