Design : The overall designed to meet the most critical /stringent testing requirements of corrosive atmospheres and cyclic environments. A large space provided with unobstructed test space among test systems available. Acrylic top lid is operated pneumatically to assist in automatic opening of the door also has a tapered roof to meet the specifications of ASTM,DIN,ISO,DEF,MIL.-.STD, and avoid the condensate to drip on to specimens.
dsdCondensed Water/Standard Climates Test : For EN ISO 6988(DIN 50018), DIN 50014, describes a method of testing with an atmosphere containing SO2 in a condensation water alternating climate with SO2 dosing wall, and for DIN 50017, the corrosive atmosphere in the test chamber can vent automatically from the test space through the exhaust air vent and test chamber is purged with compressed air.

Climate Alternating with Controlled Climate : During climate tests /drying, a conditioned or heated ambient air supplied into the test chamber by using refrigeration unit.  A psychometric measuring method involved.

Construction : The whole construction is advanced technology to perform various corrosive resistance tests. Housing is constructed using non – corrosive materials like FRP; it is absolutely corrosion – proof, has low energy requirements and is almost entirely built from recyclable materials and for a long durable and zero maintenance.  For an aesthetic good look of the equipment all surfaces making highly smooth, contoured and attractive. The canopy shaped acrylic doom door is operated from Pneumatic system for easy assist of loading and unloading the specimen.
Insulation : It's environmentally friendly free of asbestos and CFC guarantees the best possible insulation values and hence, the lowest possible operating costs.
Heating System : Fast responding tape heaters are used to achieve the desired positive temperature. Tape heaters are placed all around the FRP tank such that there is no direct radiation from the heaters on to the test specimen.
Saturator : The saturator tank with a built in automatic water level controller is designed to meet the relevant standards. A stainless steel non corrosive vessel, to capable of withstanding high pressures and safety components are built on it, for continuous operations.
Atomizer : An acrylic glass type high precision   atomizer is spraying in duct for optimum spray fog distribution.
Controller System : PID/ HMI with PLC based Color display Touch screen TFT provided with program logic controller.  No. of programs & profile segments with ramp & soak duration provided for cyclic operation. The controller is able to communicate with many different types of hardware using high speed RS 232/485 communications ports and Ethernet / USB communications for fast downloads. Remote monitoring and operation. Internet explorer based comm. On board comms ports. Set value & process value with graphical display on main screen. Graphical trend and operating parameters of auto tune & calibration. PC communication facility for operating the chamber through PC & data logging option provided with log interval. The latest version software (user friendly) provided with controls & instruments. Fault indication.
